1. Who We Are
This policy is issued by Falcon Reach LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Falcon Reach”, “we”, “us”). Falcon Reach connects businesses with the specialist teams in its own group of companies. The policy covers falconreach.us and the business conversations that start from it. We operate in the United States, and information is processed and stored there.

2. Information We Collect
What you give us
When you send a request through the contact form, we collect:
- your name, role and work email, and, if you choose, your phone number and preferred contact method
- your company’s name, website, state and city, the year it was founded, the size of its team and the number of products or services it offers
- what you need, and anything you write in your message
- your answers to the consent statements, stored word for word with your request, and the page you sent it from
If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include.
Website chat
When you use the website chat, we process the messages you submit and recent conversation context to provide a response. Messages may be sent to a service provider that supports the chat.
Do not include patient names, claimant details, medical information, case files or privileged material in chat messages.
What we collect automatically
Our hosting and security providers process standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the referring page and the time of each request, to deliver the site and protect it.
When Google Analytics is active on the site, it uses first-party cookies, such as _ga, to measure visits and page interactions, along with approximate location and device details. We do not send your name, email address or phone number to Google Analytics.
After a request is successfully stored, a short-lived first-party marker lets us count that submission once in Analytics. The marker contains no details from your form and is cleared when the event is queued.
From other sources
When we reach out to businesses, we may collect business contact details from public sources, such as company websites and professional profiles, or from business data providers.
3. How We Use Information
- to reply to your request and confirm whether a specialist team in our group fits your need
- to introduce you to that team, once you agree
- to coordinate communication and follow up with that team when you ask us to, including after an introduction
- to respond to website chat messages and point you to relevant website information or the inquiry form
- to contact you about your request by email, and by phone or text if you agreed to it
- to run, secure and improve the site, and to understand how it is used overall
- to keep a record of consents and introductions, meet our legal obligations and protect our rights
6. Calls, Texts and Emails
If you give us your phone number on the form, we call or text you about your request only if you agreed to it. Agreeing to calls or texts is not a condition of any purchase.
You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to a text or by contacting us. You can also ask us to stop emailing you. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. When you agree to an introduction, the company you are introduced to receives your contact details as described in section 4.
7. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to your request, make and record any introduction, and meet our legal obligations.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure.
9. Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us as described in section 1. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request, and we will respond within the time the law requires. Some information may be kept where the law requires or allows it. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Depending on where you live, including Texas and California, state privacy laws may give you additional rights. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our response, and we will tell you the result.
10. California Residents
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, which also covers business contact information. To the extent that law applies to us:
- What we collect: identifiers (name, email, phone number, IP address); professional information (company and role); internet activity (pages viewed and interactions on this site); approximate location; and the content of your request. We do not ask for sensitive personal information as the law defines it.
- Sources, purposes and recipients: described in sections 2 to 4. We disclose each category to our service providers, and your identifiers, professional information and request to one company in our group when you agree to an introduction.
- Selling and sharing: we do not sell or share personal information, and have not done so in the past 12 months. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out.
- Your rights: to know what we collect and how we use it, to access, correct and delete it, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. An authorized agent may make a request for you, with your signed permission.
- Retention: described in section 7.

11. Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Websites we link to have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the date at the top.
