Accessibility Statement

1. Our Goal

Falcon Reach LLC (“Falcon Reach”) aims to make falconreach.us accessible to as many people as possible. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our target. It is a goal we keep working toward, not a claim that the site conforms.

2. Current Status

The site has been checked internally, but it has not had a full independent audit against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We therefore make no formal conformance claim.

3. What Is in Place

Measures we have taken include:

• a skip link, page landmarks and a logical heading structure
• keyboard access, with visible focus indicators
• text and background colors checked against WCAG contrast ratios
• labels on form fields, and focus moved to the first field that needs attention after a failed submission
• touch targets sized for touch screens
• text alternatives for meaningful images
• reduced movement when your device asks for it
• responsive layouts for small screens and zoomed text

4. How We Check

The site is built with standard HTML, CSS and JavaScript, using WAI-ARIA where HTML alone is not enough. We review it with automated tools and manual checks, including keyboard-only use. Automated tools cannot find every barrier, which is why your feedback matters. We review this statement when the site changes significantly.

5. Known Limits

Some older browsers, devices and assistive technologies may not support every feature, and new content can introduce new issues. Some features rely on third-party services, such as the website chat, which we do not fully control. If something is hard to use, tell us, and we will make reasonable efforts to provide the information in another format.

6. Report a Barrier

Email info@falconreach.us or use our contact form. Tell us the page or feature, what happened, and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the browser or assistive technology you were using. We will make reasonable efforts to address it.
